Application Stage

After you’ve applied for a role at SDL you’ll receive a confirmation of your application.

If you are being considered for the position, a member of the SDL recruitment team will contact you and if your experience and qualifications fit the role, you will be invited for an interview.


Interview Stage

During the interview process, we'll try to get to know you better and find out more about your professional credentials. You will be interviewed by the HR team and hiring manager, who will also share more information about the role.

We will also ask you to complete a Personality Profile, intelligence text and any technical tests required for role. While these tests may seem daunting, don't worry. We use them as a tool and discussion point.

Offer Stage

If you have been successful, congratulations! The team will contact you and send you an offer letter. This letter outlines the position and associated benefits. You can initially accept this offer verbally and then formally sign a contract.

After that, all that's left to say is, "Welcome to SDL!"
